About the role
- Redesign Sales, CSM, and Support processes for greater efficiency and impact.
- Administer and optimize Salesforce and other tools.
- Translate data into actionable insights to drive growth.
- Train and support teams to adopt new tools and processes.
- Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Revenue or Business Operations (startup/scale-up experience a plus).
- Salesforce Admin experience (required).
- Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative problem-solver.
- Fluent in French with professional proficiency in English.
- Strong data analysis and project management skills.
