About the role
- Lead a high-performing IT Project/Program Management Office
- Ensure alignment to strategy, business priorities, and funding
- Drive value realization with outcomes, KPIs, and benefits tracking
- Mature PMO governance including stage gates and executive reporting
- Standardize delivery methods and best practices
- Produce clear portfolio health insights for executive audiences
- Partner with Finance and IT leaders on portfolio budgeting and forecasting
Requirements
- 12+ years in IT program/project leadership
- 7+ years leading a PMO or portfolio function
- Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional portfolios
- Proven ability to establish governance and improve delivery outcomes
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Expertise with Agile/hybrid delivery approaches
- Strong written and executive-level communication
