About the role

  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas consistently deliver quarterly and annual sales targets across AI‑powered ERP solutions, modernization services, and AI project team offerings.
  • Win net‑new enterprise logos and expand adoption within the existing installed base.
  • Provide reliable, transparent forecasts that enable effective planning by Sales Management and Regional GMs.
  • Lead and orchestrate the sales cycle in collaboration with Sales Engineering, AI Teams, Forward Deployment Engineers, Delivery, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Support go‑to‑market initiatives to launch new AI and ERP offerings across geographies and industries.
  • Execute a world-class outbound motion, including proactive calling, targeted outreach, account planning, and executive engagement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling complex enterprise technology solutions to large organizations
  • Proven ability to engage C-suite executives, challenge legacy thinking, and proactively drive new opportunity through disciplined outbound prospecting.
  • Additional experience selling third-party ERP applications, integrations, and modernization services is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
