Requirements

3+ years managing platform or infrastructure engineering teams at product-driven tech companies (5+ years in engineering)
Deep expertise in building and scaling software platforms, internal tooling, and core infrastructure
Strong cross-functional collaborator who translates seamlessly between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and modern platform tooling
