About the role

  • Own global demand generation strategy and pipeline targets
  • Build and scale a multi-channel acquisition engine (paid, organic, lifecycle, web, ABM, experiments)
  • Design forecasting, capacity modeling, and performance management for pipeline creation
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps on ICP definition, segmentation, routing, and handoff SLAs
  • Translate product positioning and category narrative into high-converting campaigns
  • Continuously improve funnel conversion across visitor → lead → MQL → SQL → opportunity
  • Establish rigorous experimentation, measurement, and optimization frameworks
  • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing demand generation team over time

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
  • Proven track record owning pipeline targets and scaling revenue impact
  • Deep understanding of paid acquisition, lifecycle, conversion optimization, and experimentation
  • Strong analytical and operational rigor
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and RevOps
  • Experience in high-growth or category-defining SaaS companies (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with product-led or hybrid PLG/Sales motions (Preferred)
  • Prior experience building and managing teams (Preferred)
  • Background in fintech, ERP, or infrastructure software (Preferred)
