About the role
- Own Rillet’s brand voice and creative expression across channels
- Concept and launch bold, culturally relevant brand campaigns that break B2B norms
- Translate complex finance and accounting concepts into sharp, modern storytelling
- Build high-performing social and short-form content that drives organic engagement
- Partner with founders and GTM leaders to turn strong POVs into standout brand moments
- Experiment rapidly with new formats, visuals, and platforms while maintaining trust and credibility
- Shape Rillet’s presence at events, conferences, and cultural moments within the finance ecosystem
Requirements
- A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in brand, creative, content, or cultural marketing roles, or equivalent portfolio-driven experience
- Strong creative instincts and a clear point of view on brand and storytelling
- Ability to execute end-to-end without relying on agencies
- Deep understanding of internet culture and how to translate it into professional environments
- Video experience, specifically with Adobe Suite, After Effects, and ideally Davinci Resolve (or similar)
- Comfort moving fast, testing ideas, and iterating publicly
- Experience building or contributing to a culturally relevant brand
- Background in SaaS, fintech, media, or another fast-moving industry
- Comfort being on camera or directing content creation
- A portfolio that demonstrates originality, taste, and impact
