About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Strategic Partnerships channel, ensuring alignment between partners and internal teams.
  • Lead project management for partner-related initiatives, ensuring organization, execution and follow-up of strategic initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with strategic partners, monitoring results and identifying opportunities to grow the channel.
  • Perform channel and partner performance analyses, using data to generate insights, build Power BI dashboards and track key metrics.
  • Define and monitor performance indicators, proposing action plans to improve results and operational efficiency.
  • Support the structuring and evolution of processes, workflows and governance for the Strategic Partnerships channel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA in Management, Business, Strategy, Data or related areas is preferred.
  • Experience in Commercial Intelligence, Business Development or Strategic Partnerships management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to generate insights and support decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling and metric creation.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in project management and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good communication skills, a relational profile and the ability to coordinate across different areas.
