About the role
- Own the vision and roadmap for Rightway’s Clinical Programs
- Define the end-to-end member journey for clinical programs
- Partner with clinical operations and leadership to translate program requirements
- Build the in-product experiences that help eligible members
- Own the tools that enable clinical operations to effectively serve members at scale
- Build the reporting foundation to measure program adoption, engagement, and adherence
Requirements
- 5+ years of product experience
- 3+ years as a product manager delivering impactful digital products
- Experience owning end-to-end products spanning consumer/member experience and internal operational tools
- Strong ability to translate ambiguous workflows into scalable product systems and shipped outcomes
- Demonstrated success partnering with engineering and design to ship iteratively in a high-growth environment
- Comfort operating in healthcare-adjacent complexity
