About the role

  • Report directly to the Manager of Solutions
  • Act as the primary data subject matter expert (SME)
  • Work closely with customers to design, configure, and help test Integration/Migration projects
  • Conduct detailed workshops with client SMEs
  • Guide the client through the data validation and reconciliation process
  • Develop and document Data Mapping Specification
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for source system analysis.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar client-facing role
  • Expert proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, subqueries, and data manipulation language (DML)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT principles, and data quality dimensions
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a time-sensitive environment.
