Requirements
A great online portfolio that showcases multiple types of projects and solutions that you have had direct work within and can explicitly demonstrate your contributions
Tireless desire to learn driven by curiosity and a great collaborative attitude
Agency experience or similar
Pixel-perfect design sensibility
Experience working within existing design systems to produce production ready assets.
A full understanding of foundational design best practices
Strong proficiency in Figma, with knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch and Axure.
Proficiency in visual and experience design
Proficient in software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suites, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop
Knowledgeable and can work within a Design System Framework in a fast-pace, agile environment
Ability to work somewhat independently in a client environment taking direction directly from the client and improving upon designs.
