Design and produce high-quality visuals for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns, ads) and print media (brochures, posters, packaging)
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals and brand identity
Create compelling visual assets that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design work
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and projects
Prepare design files for production and manage file organization and version control
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 1.5 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Familiar with Figma or other UI/UX design tools (Figma is a plus)
Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding
Ability to manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines
Strong design portfolio showcasing digital, branding, and print work
Experience in UI/UX design
Knowledge of basic animation and motion graphics
Familiarity with video editing tools
Understanding of social media content formats and trends
