About the role
- Directly building and refining the design of the product
- Analyze processes and procedures looking for areas of improvement to increase efficiency of product delivery
- Create the future of design and interaction for automotive apps
- Work within a Design System Framework to produce production-ready assets
- Collaborate with clients and take direction directly from the client, improving upon designs
- Use tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suites (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Sketch and Invision in an agile environment
Requirements
- A great online portfolio that showcases multiple types of projects and solutions that you have had direct work within and can explicitly demonstrate your contributions
- Tireless desire to learn driven by curiosity and a great collaborative attitude
- Pixel-perfect design sensibility
- Experience working within existing designs to produce production ready assets
- A full understanding of foundational design best practices
- Strong proficiency in Figma, with knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch and Invision
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suites (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Knowledgeable and can work within a Design System Framework in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Agency experience or similar
- Ability to work somewhat independently in a client environment taking direction directly from the client and improving upon designs
