About the role
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube)
- Create and manage content calendars aligned to brand and growth goals
- Produce or collaborate on engaging content including posts, short-form video, and series-based content
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and platform optimization
- Engage with audiences through comments, DMs, and community interactions
- Build and nurture online communities to increase engagement and brand loyalty
- Monitor social trends and platform updates to inform content strategy
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
Requirements
- Strong experience in organic social media management across either B2C, B2B, or D2C brands
- Proven ability to grow engagement, audience, and brand presence
- Experience with community management and audience interaction
- Understanding of platform-specific best practices and trends
- Ability to balance creative storytelling with performance-driven outcomes
- Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, native analytics)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort working across different industries and brand voices
