  • Ensure clients have the appropriate mix of resources (talent, hours, expertise) to support their goals, guiding transparent, client-first conversations as needs evolve.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns, guiding resolution and ensuring issues are addressed in a timely, constructive manner.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to clients by sharing industry insights, best practices, and emerging affiliate and influencer trends to help inform decision-making across the customer journey.

  • Provide timely feedback and coaching when gaps in knowledge or execution are identified, directing talent to proven strategies, resources, and best practices.
  • Ensure talent maintains clear, consistent communication with clients, including program status updates, documentation, and visibility into the value of their work.
  • Guide talent on RSU client management processes, including managing hours, time off, and the use of internal resources and documentation.
  • Monitor overall client portfolio health across client satisfaction, talent stability, and delivery quality, flagging concerns and improvement opportunities as needed.
  • Maintain accurate client contact records and talent profiles, noting changes in skillsets, availability, or engagement status within RSU’s internal tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the Partnerships leadership team to surface trends across clients and talent that may impact delivery, quality, or broader business needs.
  • Monitor talent utilization across your client portfolio, flagging over- or under-capacity scenarios with rationale and recommendations.
  • Support the vetting of new talent for clients in your portfolio, partnering with Talent leadership to define the ideal consultant profile aligned to client goals.
  • Participate in prospective client calls as needed to provide affiliate knowledge and perspective.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging partners, maintaining a working knowledge of affiliate and influencer platforms.
  • Support firm-building efforts through documentation and process development, leveraging tools to drive efficiency, scalability, and consistency across engagements.
