About the role
- At Right Formula, we enable brands to push the limits of sports marketing through a unique blend of expertise, ingenuity and agility.
- Provide 360-degree service offering taking brands from partnership identification through to delivery of fully integrated marketing strategies.
- Support clients worldwide from offices in the UK and the US to accelerate growth through the power of sport.
- Act as CFO and strategic partner to the CEO, driving financial and strategic direction and preparing the business for potential sale or investment.
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, M&A, tax, audit, legal, risk, and build a high-performing finance team.
Requirements
- ACA qualified, ideally Big 4 trained.
- Extensive experience in senior financial leadership within high-growth, dynamic global businesses.
- Background in marketing, media, sports or agency sectors strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in M&A execution and integration.
- Strong management reporting and information systems expertise.
- Excellent knowledge of international tax
- Entrepreneurial, resilient, and performance-driven with excellent communication skills.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insight.
