Lead and inspire a dedicated team of Clinical Carers and Non-Clinical Carers, ensuring delivery of high-quality care to Clients in their own homes
Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Conduct market research to assess competitive positioning, customer needs, and emerging industry trends
Build and maintain strong relationships with local ICBs, hospitals, district nursing teams, GPs, and other stakeholders
Support individuals with a range of complex medical needs and varying levels of dependency
Provide training and supervision in delegated tasks including medication administration, wound care, catheter care, PEG and stoma care and diabetes management in a home setting
Continuously work to ensure clinical excellence, offering personalised care and support to Clients
Work alongside the Franchise Owner and office team to support growth and day-to-day business operations
Requirements
Hold current, unrestricted NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse
Hold or be working towards NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management and Leadership (preferred)
Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering and maintaining partnerships within the healthcare sector
Strong knowledge of CQC criteria for Good and Outstanding
Proven leadership in care management
Full UK/EU driving licence and daily access to a car preferred
Right to work full-time in the UK
Passionate about homecare or interested in transitioning into home-based nursing roles
Experience as a Nursing Home Manager, Unit Manager or Ward Manager or leadership experience in the community (preferred)
