- Imagine Pediatrics is a tech enabled, pediatrician led medical group reimagining care for children with special health care needs, delivering 24/7 virtual first and in home medical, behavioral, and social care.
- Provide clinical leadership through mentorship, supervision, and development of high-impact protocols.
- Champion quality improvement and regulatory excellence while remaining grounded in direct clinical engagement as needed.
- Shape and drive strategic growth of the PATH program, identifying innovative opportunities for expansion and sustainability.
- Cultivate partnerships to enhance program visibility, drive referrals, and optimize resource stewardship.
- Lead design of learning experiences for staff and community partners rooted in evidence-based practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous growth through research engagement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Bring a forward-thinking lens to strategy, financial stewardship, and leading through change.
- Inspire high-performing teams through emotional intelligence, mentorship, and collaborative influence across disciplines.
Requirements
- MD or DO with board certification in Pediatrics
- Board certification in Palliative Medicine
- Current, unrestricted medical license
- 5+ years of clinical experience in pediatric palliative care
- Previous people leadership experience preferably in a palliative care setting
