  • Imagine Pediatrics is a tech enabled, pediatrician led medical group reimagining care for children with special health care needs, delivering 24/7 virtual first and in home medical, behavioral, and social care.
  • Provide clinical leadership through mentorship, supervision, and development of high-impact protocols.
  • Champion quality improvement and regulatory excellence while remaining grounded in direct clinical engagement as needed.
  • Shape and drive strategic growth of the PATH program, identifying innovative opportunities for expansion and sustainability.
  • Cultivate partnerships to enhance program visibility, drive referrals, and optimize resource stewardship.
  • Lead design of learning experiences for staff and community partners rooted in evidence-based practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous growth through research engagement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
  • Bring a forward-thinking lens to strategy, financial stewardship, and leading through change.
  • Inspire high-performing teams through emotional intelligence, mentorship, and collaborative influence across disciplines.

Requirements

  • MD or DO with board certification in Pediatrics
  • Board certification in Palliative Medicine
  • Current, unrestricted medical license
  • 5+ years of clinical experience in pediatric palliative care
  • Previous people leadership experience preferably in a palliative care setting
