About the role
- Establish, maintain and further develop strategic integration and sales partnerships
- Identify and evaluate new partner opportunities, including iterative testing and scaling of partner models
- Lead contract and cooperation negotiations with a focus on sustainable business models (referral, reseller, revenue share)
- Build a partner-driven pipeline, including forecasting, performance KPIs and regular business reviews
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies — including sales narratives, use cases and commercial models
- Own partner enablement: create sales-relevant assets (pitch decks, ROI arguments, use cases) and training programs
- Coordinate integration and co-innovation projects between partners and internal teams
Requirements
- Several years of experience in partner management, business development, B2B sales or channel sales, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles, go-to-market models and pipeline building
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on approach
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly — for partners and internal stakeholders alike
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Enthusiasm for co-creation, ownership and cross-functional collaboration
