About the role

  • You manage all business-related and selected personal organizational matters as part of a trusted partnership with our owner and CEO
  • You are responsible for complex calendar and decision-making processes with foresight, acting simultaneously as a gatekeeper, sparring partner, and pace-setter
  • You are responsible for the CEO's international travel management, ensuring every arrangement is executed precisely, efficiently, and smoothly
  • You prepare strategically relevant materials, briefings, and management documents so they are decision-ready and of excellent quality
  • You represent the Executive Office with confidence toward internal and external stakeholders at top-management level, providing clarity, structure, and accountability
  • You continuously develop processes, standards, and working methods within the executive environment and support cross-functional national and international projects

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a highly demanding C-level assistant role, a Private Office, or a similarly prominent confidential position, preferably in an international business environment
  • Proven ability to operate empathetically, in a structured way, and resiliently in complex, dynamic environments with high expectations
  • Strong business acumen and extensive experience in travel management
  • Strong sense of responsibility, absolute discretion, and a very high level of personal commitment
  • Natural presence, assertiveness, and diplomatic skill in dealings with senior stakeholders
  • Flexibility, a team-player mentality, and experience in developing the Executive Office
  • Excellent German and English skills; and a confident user of digital tools, MS Office, and SharePoint
