About the role
- You manage all business-related and selected personal organizational matters in a trusted partnership with our owner and CEO.
- You are responsible for complex calendar and decision-making processes with foresight, acting as a filter, sparring partner and pace-setter.
- You oversee the CEO’s international travel management and ensure every arrangement is executed precisely, efficiently and smoothly.
- You prepare strategically relevant materials, briefings and management documents so they are decision-ready and of excellent quality.
- You represent the Executive Office confidently to internal and external stakeholders at top-management level, creating clarity, structure and accountability.
- You continuously develop processes, standards and ways of working within the Executive environment and support cross-functional national and international projects.
Requirements
- Many years of experience in a high-demand C-level assistant role, in a Private Office or in a comparably senior position of trust, preferably in an international business environment.
- Proven ability to operate in complex, dynamic environments with high expectations, acting with empathy, structure and resilience.
- Solid business acumen and extensive experience in travel management.
- Strong sense of responsibility, absolute discretion and a very high personal commitment.
- Natural presence, assertiveness and diplomatic skills when dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Flexibility, a team-player mentality and experience in further developing the Executive Office.
- Very good German and English skills, and confident use of digital tools, MS Office and SharePoint.
