About the role

  • Adapting and improving Kotlin-based backend services
  • Enhancing and extending our Go-based application for automated infrastructure and cluster provisioning
  • Designing, building and operating cloud and cluster environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Ensuring scalability, stability and zero downtime during deployments
  • Implementing monitoring, service discovery, load balancing and network security

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong programming experience in Kotlin and/or Golang
  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and automation (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Nomad and Ansible
  • Open, transparent and effective communication skills in English; German or Dutch is a plus
