About the role

  • Adapt and enhance Kotlin-based backend services
  • Improve and extend Go-based application for automated infrastructure and cluster deployment
  • Design, build and operate cloud and cluster environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) using automation tools
  • Ensure system scalability, stability and zero-downtime deployments
  • Implement monitoring, service discovery, load balancing and network security

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong programming experience in Kotlin and/or Golang
  • Ability to read, understand and modify production-level code
  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and automation (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Hands-on experience using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Nomad and Ansible
  • Open, transparent and effective communication skills in English; German or Dutch is advantageous
