About the role
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain humanoid and autonomous robotic systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and respond to service requests
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues
- Work directly with customers in professional, on-site environments
- Document service work, findings, and repairs clearly and accurately
- Stay current on robotics technologies, tools, and service best practices
Requirements
- Certifications from robot manufacturers (strongly preferred)
- Training or education from a robotics, automation, or technician trade program
- Hands-on experience with autonomous, humanoid, or advanced robotic systems
- Background in robotics field service, automation, mechatronics, or electromechanical systems
- Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally
- Equivalent hands-on experience is highly valued.
