Account Executive

• Proactively generate and grow a strong new business pipeline, maintaining a rolling minimum 3x annual target
• Identify customer challenges and design commercially viable Hybrid Workplace solutions that deliver real business value
• Build high‑quality proposals aligned to customer outcomes across collaboration, workplace technology and digital services
• Manage opportunities, forecasting and pipeline governance through CRM with discipline and accuracy
• Work collaboratively across Ricoh sales, marketing, vendor and delivery teams to accelerate sales velocity
• Achieve sales revenue and margin targets while driving customer retention and growth
