About the role

  • Leads a sales team to execute Ricoh’s Equipment and Services Strategy, capabilities, standards, and actions.
  • Drives profitable equipment and services growth within assigned accounts, including contract retention, expansion, and the addition of new services.
  • Manages new business development initiatives, with a focus on Ricoh’s hardware and market‑based services portfolio.
  • Increases market share for the services portfolio by championing and driving newly added offerings.
  • Holds Account Managers accountable for sales activities, KPI achievement, and closing business that drives deeper account penetration.
  • Sets clear expectations and creates rigor and routine by inspecting activities that directly support sales objectives.
  • Collaborates with internal resources to align support, activities, and talent needed to deliver sales outcomes.
  • Partners with peers and specialty teams to resolve issues and strengthen processes that support growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience selling products and services.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience.
  • Consultative selling experience.
  • Industry experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of P&L management.
