About the role
- Leads a sales team to execute Ricoh’s Equipment and Services Strategy, capabilities, standards, and actions.
- Drives profitable equipment and services growth within assigned accounts, including contract retention, expansion, and the addition of new services.
- Manages new business development initiatives, with a focus on Ricoh’s hardware and market‑based services portfolio.
- Increases market share for the services portfolio by championing and driving newly added offerings.
- Holds Account Managers accountable for sales activities, KPI achievement, and closing business that drives deeper account penetration.
- Sets clear expectations and creates rigor and routine by inspecting activities that directly support sales objectives.
- Collaborates with internal resources to align support, activities, and talent needed to deliver sales outcomes.
- Partners with peers and specialty teams to resolve issues and strengthen processes that support growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 7+ years of experience selling products and services.
- 5+ years of sales management experience.
- Consultative selling experience.
- Industry experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of P&L management.
