Accountant

• Ensure that all reconciliations and accounting procedures are performed to Group standards
• Reconcile and agree inter-company trading accounts and intercompany balances
• Carry out month end close processes for the General Ledger and posting of month end journals
• Manage general Reconciliation processes
• Ensure that all reconciliations are performed and recorded consistently according to guidelines
• Make sure that all reconciliations are approved in accordance with Group procedures
• Ensure that any system errors are reported to the Competency Centre
• Ensure that performance is in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
• Support accounting activities from multiple Op Cos
• Adhere to Ricoh’s core values and deliver a high level of personal engagement
• Ensure that adequate financial controls are in place including compliance with SOX
