About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing employee documentation, including employee records, contracts, and leave processes.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
  • Supporting the HR function and business lines by handling day-to-day HR requests.
  • Providing operational support in the management and maintenance of HR systems.
  • Measuring, analyzing, and reporting HR service data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Supporting onboarding policies, processes, and learning material creation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • English and Dutch language proficiency at the B2–C2 level.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn processes.
  • Experience with ticketing systems is considered an asset.
  • Strong and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
