People Service Specialist, Dutch

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing employee documentation, including employee records, contracts, and leave processes.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
- Supporting the HR function and business lines by handling day-to-day HR requests.
- Providing operational support in the management and maintenance of HR systems.
- Measuring, analyzing, and reporting HR service data to identify areas for improvement.
- Supporting onboarding policies, processes, and learning material creation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- English and Dutch language proficiency at the B2–C2 level.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn processes.
- Experience with ticketing systems is considered an asset.
- Strong and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
