About the role

  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at pharmacies and long-term care facilities to develop sales in your territory.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a 'best-in-class' experience for all clients.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to track progress and outcomes.
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets, contributing to overall company growth.

Requirements

  • A post-secondary degree, preferably related to business or a similar field.
  • Previous experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • Proficiency in English (both oral and written).
  • Knowledge of a second language is an asset.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel within your assigned territory.
  • Familiarity with technology and the ability to sell technology solutions.
  • Experience as a Pharmacy Technician is a plus but not required.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to actively listen, engage customers, and build lasting relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and self-motivation to independently achieve sales goals.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to achieving company objectives.
  • Customer service-focused with a dedication to providing a high level of service and addressing client needs.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn about new products, technologies, and industry trends.
  • A strong work ethic, with the ability to consistently meet targets and deadlines.
