  • Responsible for receiving, recording, and processing all incoming communications to the Support Department
  • Provides customer support, troubleshooting, and education
  • Supports clients in achieving optimal health and wellness

  • Available within pre-defined SLA timelines during urgent incidents

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Ability to analyze network traffic using diagnostic tools
  • Understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud Services
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, LogMeIn, Salesforce, Zendesk, Azure DevOps
  • Experience using remote connection tools such as LogMeIn
