About the role
- Responsible for receiving, recording, and processing all incoming communications to the Support Department
- Provides customer support, troubleshooting, and education
- Supports clients in achieving optimal health and wellness
- Capable of documenting technical documentation
- Reproduces errors in test systems and documents them for testing
- Available within pre-defined SLA timelines during urgent incidents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Aptitude for learning new technologies
- Ability to analyze network traffic using diagnostic tools
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud Services
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, LogMeIn, Salesforce, Zendesk, Azure DevOps
- Experience using remote connection tools such as LogMeIn
