About the role

  • You are responsible for structured market and customer development within a defined sales territory, primarily for the RIB 4.0 platform.
  • You will perform your role from our offices, from the mobile office, and on-site at our customers’ locations.
  • You convince our customers through active listening and enthusiasm for digital transformation.
  • Building relationships, prospecting, needs analysis, consulting, and leading offer and contract negotiations for our RIB software solutions.
  • Long-term, close support and development of new and existing customers.
  • To drive growth, you design and implement regional initiatives and sales concepts.
  • Execution of regional activities (webinars, on-site events, etc.) and participation in centrally coordinated events and trade shows.
  • Collaborative working with colleagues in Sales Support, Inside Sales, and Consulting to form the competence team.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in direct sales, ideally selling process-oriented software solutions (ERP sales, SaaS models, etc.)
  • Industry knowledge in the construction sector and experience with construction-relevant processes
  • Strong interest in digitization topics (digital working methods/processes)
  • Excellent communication and closing skills combined with a strong customer orientation
  • Team player who aligns objectives and visions with other departments and implements them with added value for our customers
  • Hybrid work: remote work from home & willingness to travel (approx. 50%) to customers within your sales territory
  • Very good German and good English (both at C1 level)
