About the role
- Manage mobile devices (MDM) using Workspace ONE UEM and Microsoft Intune, applying security policies, updates, and usage profiles for more than 7,000 devices.
- Automate large-scale tasks through APIs, package distribution, scripts, and configuration files.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and operational procedures for internal teams.
- Administer Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive, with a focus on governance, license control, and usage reporting.
- Maintain and automate Linux infrastructure using tools such as SaltStack, Foreman, AWX, Ansible, and Bash, managing approximately 3,000 devices.
- Participate in hardware retrofit projects, operating system migrations, and expansion of mobile device profiles for stores, distribution centers, and factories.
- Collaborate on building internal SharePoint sites for communication and cross-team collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Workspace ONE UEM and/or Microsoft Intune (MDM).
- Knowledge of automation using APIs, Ansible, SaltStack, Foreman, AWX, and Bash.
- Experience administering Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 platform (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Ability to work on multidisciplinary projects and in high-complexity environments.
- Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented profile.
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
- Certifications in MDM, Microsoft 365, or Linux.
- Knowledge of VMware and Android Enterprise.
