About the role
- Responsible for transforming the technology area, promoting the adoption of software development best practices.
- Disseminate technical skills among team members, strengthening collective knowledge.
- Design the technical architecture of applications, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and corporate strategies.
- Monitor projects and support the technical growth of team members.
- Act as a change agent, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement in processes and technological solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Apache Spark, Python, and SQL.
- Strong expertise in ETL processes and orchestration of data pipelines.
- Knowledge of end-to-end data ingestion and data flow.
- Familiarity with modern data architecture and best practices in data modeling.
- Experience building dashboards and executive reports.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with Azure and AWS, including Databricks (PySpark), Data Lake, Event Hubs, Aurora, MSK, RDS, and DynamoDB.
- Basic understanding of data governance principles and practices.
