About the role
- Define user-centered product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that clearly articulate user needs, behaviors, and experience outcomes
- Create and deliver UX/UI/mock-ups to shape flows, design, interactions, information architecture, and usability decisions
- Ensure UX considerations (accessibility, consistency, ease of use) are embedded from discovery through delivery
- Validate designs and solutions through user research, usability testing, and stakeholder reviews
- Contribute to and help evolve UX/UI design principles, patterns, and guidelines
- Ensure features are launch-ready from a usability, experience, and value-delivery perspective
- Lead internal and external launches with clear articulation of user value and experience improvements
- Support product storytelling through demos, website content, release notes, and customer-facing materials
- Develop and maintain product communication and messaging, including feature lists, demo setups, website content, and supporting materials
- Enable Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to confidently communicate experience-led value
- Write clear product requirements and user stories that define the why, what, and UX of solutions
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and pain points
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and shape product direction by assisting with translation of insights into clear business cases that support product roadmap decisions
- Contribute to product vision and roadmap, including pipeline priorities and timelines, and ensure adherence to them
- Establish and maintain customer feedback loops in close collaboration with the Customer Success team
- Synthesize feedback into actionable insights for product improvements and future roadmap planning
- Continuously assess launched features to ensure they deliver expected value and outcomes
- Leave things better than you found them.
- Schedule time in your calendar to challenge current processes and build new ones that bring value
- Regularly meet with other members of the RQ team to keep abreast of current customers and their requests, and new product pipeline
- Provide expert customer insight to the Sales, Onboarding and Success Teams on what innovations and improvements should be top priority to enhance the user experience, product capabilities and features
- Develop yourself. Grab a book, listen to a podcast, take a course – choose what area of your career you’d like to build and commit to it
Requirements
- Strong ability to create wireframes or mockups using tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or similar
- Strong ability to translate business and user needs into clear requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in Product Management (preferably SaaS)
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and customer-facing teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-informed decision-making mindset
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
- Required soft skills: confident, outgoing, adaptive and willing to speak their mind when they've got an opinion to share.
