• Define user-centered product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that clearly articulate user needs, behaviors, and experience outcomes
• Create and deliver UX/UI/mock-ups to shape flows, design, interactions, information architecture, and usability decisions
• Ensure UX considerations (accessibility, consistency, ease of use) are embedded from discovery through delivery
• Validate designs and solutions through user research, usability testing, and stakeholder reviews
• Contribute to and help evolve UX/UI design principles, patterns, and guidelines
