About the role
- Write clear product requirements and user stories that define the why, what, and UX of solutions
- Collaborate with Engineering and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are well understood and feasible
- Validate solutions internally and externally to ensure they meet defined requirements and customer expectations
- Contribute to design guidelines for UX/UI to support consistency and usability
- Ensure solutions are ready for launch from a functional, usability, and value perspective
- Lead successful internal and external product launches, clearly communicating value and benefits
- Develop and maintain product communication and messaging, including feature lists, demo setups, website content, and supporting materials
- Train Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams on product value, messaging, and feature functionality
- Create solution playbooks, demo environments, and technical FAQs to support go-to-market and customer-facing teams
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and pain points
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and shape product direction by assisting with translation of insights into clear business cases that support product roadmap decisions
- Define and maintain a product vision and roadmap, including pipeline priorities and timelines, and ensure adherence to them
- Establish and maintain customer feedback loops in close collaboration with the Customer Success team
- Synthesize feedback into actionable insights for product improvements and future roadmap planning
- Continuously assess launched features to ensure they deliver expected value and outcomes
- Leave things better than you found them.
- Schedule time in your calendar to challenge current processes and build new ones that bring value.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in Product Management (preferably SaaS)
- Strong ability to translate business and user needs into clear requirements
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and customer-facing teams
- Comfortable creating wireframes or mockups using tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or similar
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-informed decision-making mindset
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
