• Responsible for recruitment and selection at all levels;
• Conduct individual interviews to validate competencies;
• Study candidate profiles, plan, organize and analyze recruitment channels;
• Create delivery schedules and ensure SLA compliance;
• Screen candidates, apply various selection techniques, source resumes and administer tests;
• Align candidate profiles and process expectations with hiring managers;
• Document assessments and evaluations of candidates;
• Track the selection process with the hiring manager;
• Validate the behavioral and technical profile required for hiring with the hiring manager.
