About the role
- Write and post job ads on appropriate channels
- Screen and shortlist applications
- Conduct interviews and recommend top candidates to clients
- Coordinate meetings with client companies
- Monitor recruitment processes and KPIs
- Support new hires through onboarding
- Handle administrative tasks related to candidate, employee, client, and vendor files
- Prospect new client companies (emails, calls, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Present RHUbique's services and identify collaboration opportunities
- Contribute to developing strategies to increase the number of mandates/projects
- Collaborate with the internal team to optimize recruitment, business development, and administrative processes
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment or a strong interest in the field
- Experience or a strong interest in business development
- Excellent command of French and good understanding of English
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (ATS, interview platforms, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail in file management and performance tracking
- Comfortable communicating with clients and presenting HR services
- A people-oriented, results-driven, and collaborative approach
