About the role

  • Develop and execute an aggressive pipeline strategy targeting national accounts that require complex, multi-site FM and PM solutions.
  • Lead the integration of sales and marketing strategy including creation of high-impact case studies and digital content.
  • Design and deliver sophisticated presentations to C-suite executives and Facility Directors.
  • Monitor FM/PM trends and competitor landscapes to influence pricing models and service evolution.
  • Lead the presence at major industry conferences and maximize booth interaction and keynote opportunities.
  • Partner with internal Project Management teams and external agencies to ensure alignment of pitch and performance.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of B2B business development experience, specifically within Facility Management, Construction, or Multi-site Rollouts.
  • Ability to build long-term partnerships with high-revenue national accounts.
  • Capable of navigating complex contracts and calculating profit margins and ROI projections on the fly.
  • Proficient in leveraging Salesforce, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
