Salary
💰 $80,000 - $95,000 per year
About the role
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards that support both internal performance tracking and external partner-facing analytics, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reporting surfaces
- Work closely with product, revenue, operations, and finance teams to pull together insights on unit economics, conversion funnels, and customer lifetime value
- Execute analyses (cohort studies, trend analyses, A/B test readouts) to measure product performance, pricing impact, and partner outcomes, with guidance on prioritization from your manager
- Support the data pipeline from raw data to stakeholder-ready insight — including data validation, QA, and documentation of reporting methodologies
- Share insights across teams, helping connect the dots between what different functions are seeing in the data
- Surface findings and recommendations that inform product and commercial decisions — you won't just run reports, you'll have a voice in what the data means
- Dig into messy data, identify patterns, and move quickly from question to insight to recommendation
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or quantitative role
- Strong SQL skills and experience building reports or dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode, or similar BI tools)
- Familiarity with statistical concepts — hypothesis testing, regression, segmentation — and a sense for when rigor matters vs. when directional is enough
- Ability to manage competing priorities across workstreams while keeping your manager in the loop on tradeoffs
- Comfort in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment where you'll spend most of your time building and delivering, with growing opportunities to shape the questions we ask and the decisions we make
- Comfortable with AI and automation as part of how you work — you've used AI tools to move faster, reduce repetitive work, or build something on your own
Benefits
- Competitive cash compensation package including base salary, milestone based bonus, and other financial perks
- Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage (up to 90% employer contribution) - eligible from your start date
- 401(k), HSA, Life & Disability Insurance Coverage ($0 employee contribution for additional insurances)
- Unlimited PTO Policy
- Generous Paid Parental Leave
- Stock option plan to give our employees a direct stake in R + J's success
- Remote-first work culture with opportunities to collaborate as a team in person
- Monthly lifestyle stipend to fit your needs (meals, wellness, co-working)
