About the role
- Manage a portfolio of high-value players, understanding their preferences and needs, alongside developing them from being simply customers to becoming brand advocates.
- Proactively engage with VIP players through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails and WhatsApp
- Build long-lasting relationships with players by providing personalised support and addressing any concerns or issues they may have
- Monitor player activity and identify opportunities to enhance their gaming experience
- Collaborate with other internal departments such as marketing and promotions to create targeted campaigns for VIP players
- Collecting and analysing information and data on customer segments and suggesting changes for optimization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure we are offering the best VIP experience in the market
Requirements
- Fluent in both Finnish and English languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of any other languages would be considered a strong asset.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the online casino industry is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with high-value players
- Team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach to work
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
