Requirements

Technical Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Ceramics, Mining, or a related field
Affinity for digital systems; able to understand technical processes and explain them clearly
Strong analytical skills and confident handling of data (Excel, BI tools, digital platforms)
Basic knowledge of refractory materials
Languages: English – fluent, German – fluent
