About the role

  • Leading the end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and guaranteeing platform scalability, availability, and performance
  • Providing technical leadership to developers and consultants, ensuring adherence to best practices and platform governance
  • Overseeing and leading integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors), defining and applying appropriate integration patterns and technologies (REST, SOAP, APIs)
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, reusable solution design including documentation, technical approach and developer's instructions
  • Monitoring implementation quality and lead integration testing when necessary
  • Coordinating platform rollouts and enhancements, working with relevant teams to uphold technical standards and best practices
  • Ensuring compliance and license adhering by collaborating with the ServiceNow account team, workers council, and other stakeholders
  • Supporting upgrade planning, release management, and environment strategy

Requirements

  • Several years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including architecting solutions across CSM, HRSD, and ITSM, along with one or more Implementation Specialist certifications in these areas
  • Expertise in ServiceNow data models, workflows, JavaScript scripting, and complex enterprise integrations (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors)
  • Expertise with CMDB, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and custom app development
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into high-quality technical designs
  • Languages: English – proficient/fluent
  • Nice to have: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITIL v3 or v4 certification, Experience with Agile methodologies, Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) can be considered an asset
