- Active prospecting of new clients

Requirements
- High school diploma
- Commercial and communicative profile
- Ease in building relationships with clients
- Interest in field sales
- Organization for managing a client portfolio
- Proactivity and initiative in business prospecting
- Entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented
- Experience with field sales or commercial representation
- Own means of transportation
- Desirable: networking with companies in the region between Barra Velha and Balneário Camboriú, with a focus on Penha and Balneário Piçarras
- Experience in advertising, marketing, or media sales (advantage)
Benefits
- 100% commission-based compensation
- Activation fee per contract: between R$100 and R$150
- Recurring commission: between 7% and 10% of the contract's monthly value
