About the role
- Prospecting and assisting new clients;
- Preparing, monitoring and closing commercial proposals;
- Researching and gathering information about the market;
- Negotiating and closing with clients;
- Managing accounts and sales opportunities for new products and services;
- Keeping the CRM system and calendar up to date;
- Managing, participating in, and achieving the company's satisfaction goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in customer service, direct sales and/or commercial roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ease in building relationships, and flexibility
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented
- Basic to intermediate English
- Alignment with the company’s purpose and culture
- Preferred: Advanced or fluent English; prior experience in the exchange and travel sector.
