About the role
- Conduct proactive prospecting of new clients in the residential and commercial segments
- Present pest control and extermination service solutions
- Prepare and send commercial proposals
- Negotiate prices, timelines, and contract terms
- Monitor the sales funnel and perform follow-ups with clients
- Maintain relationships with active clients, seeking opportunities for additional services
- Update commercial information in the CRM or control spreadsheets
- Meet sales targets and performance indicators
Requirements
- Experience in sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile
- Comfortable with digital tools and remote customer service
- Previous experience selling services
- Experience with active prospecting and closing contracts
- Experience in B2B sales or servicing corporate clients is a plus
