About the role
- Conduct proactive prospecting of new clients in the residential and commercial sectors.
- Present pest control solutions and extermination services.
- Prepare and send commercial proposals and quotes.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and contract terms.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and perform client follow-ups.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Update commercial information in the CRM or control spreadsheets.
- Meet sales targets and performance indicators.
Requirements
- Experience in sales/commercial roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable using digital tools and providing remote service.
- Have an appropriate home office setup (computer, stable internet connection, and a suitable environment for client interactions and sales activities).
- Previous experience selling services.
- Experience with active prospecting and closing contracts.
- B2B sales experience or serving corporate clients is a plus.
- Experience selling technical or recurring services.
- Knowledge of the pest control market is a plus.
- Experience managing a client portfolio.
