About the role

  • Conduct proactive prospecting of new clients in the residential and commercial sectors.
  • Present pest control solutions and extermination services.
  • Prepare and send commercial proposals and quotes.
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and contract terms.
  • Monitor the sales pipeline and perform client follow-ups.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for additional services.
  • Update commercial information in the CRM or control spreadsheets.
  • Meet sales targets and performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales/commercial roles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and providing remote service.
  • Have an appropriate home office setup (computer, stable internet connection, and a suitable environment for client interactions and sales activities).
  • Previous experience selling services.
  • Experience with active prospecting and closing contracts.
  • B2B sales experience or serving corporate clients is a plus.
  • Experience selling technical or recurring services.
  • Knowledge of the pest control market is a plus.
  • Experience managing a client portfolio.
