About the role
- Conduct end-to-end Recruitment & Selection processes
- Align candidate profiles with hiring managers
- Post job openings on strategic platforms
- Screen resumes
- Conduct competency-based interviews
- Administer technical and behavioral tests (when required)
- Prepare technical assessments/reports
- Support candidates through to hire
- Manage R&S metrics (time-to-fill, SLA, accuracy)
Requirements
- Proven experience in Recruitment & Selection
- Experience with operational, technical, and/or strategic roles
- Experience handling a high volume of vacancies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Organized and able to manage deadlines
- Active CNPJ (Brazilian company registration)
- Own laptop and setup for remote work
