About the role

  • Active prospecting (calls, e-mails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads
  • Strategic use of social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google) and digital channels to identify and approach potential clients
  • Schedule and conduct commercial (online) meetings with decision-makers
  • Convert qualified meetings into closed contracts
  • Present customized proposals and explain the solutions offered in detail
  • Maintain close relationships with clients, ensuring new opportunities and referrals
  • Work with clear targets and performance indicators
  • Update CRM and maintain an organized and predictable pipeline
  • Maintain full communication with our Recruitment & Selection team

Requirements

  • Experience in online sales and digital customer service
  • Proficiency using channels such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, e-mail marketing and other social networks for prospecting
  • Experience in B2B sales (services, HR, consulting, or similar)
  • Organized to manage a client portfolio, follow-ups and CRM
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace tools, Microsoft Office suite and especially Excel
