About the role
- Active prospecting (calls, e-mails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads
- Strategic use of social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google) and digital channels to identify and approach potential clients
- Schedule and conduct commercial (online) meetings with decision-makers
- Convert qualified meetings into closed contracts
- Present customized proposals and explain the solutions offered in detail
- Maintain close relationships with clients, ensuring new opportunities and referrals
- Work with clear targets and performance indicators
- Update CRM and maintain an organized and predictable pipeline
- Maintain full communication with our Recruitment & Selection team
Requirements
- Experience in online sales and digital customer service
- Proficiency using channels such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, e-mail marketing and other social networks for prospecting
- Experience in B2B sales (services, HR, consulting, or similar)
- Organized to manage a client portfolio, follow-ups and CRM
- Knowledge of Google Workspace tools, Microsoft Office suite and especially Excel
