About the role
- Actively prospect companies with demand for Recruitment and Selection services
- Identify hiring needs and present Recruitment & Selection (R&S) solutions
- Make commercial contacts (phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn)
- Schedule and lead sales meetings
- Prepare commercial proposals and manage negotiations
- Maintain relationships with active and potential clients
- Update information in the CRM and monitor the sales pipeline
- Work in partnership with the recruiting team to align requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial/sales roles (B2B sales is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Recruitment processes
