About the role
- Prospect new companies and generate business opportunities.
- Conduct active outreach via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
- Use social media to generate qualified leads.
- Schedule and lead online meetings with decision-makers.
- Present commercial proposals for recruitment and selection (R&S) services.
- Follow up with clients to generate referrals and uncover new needs.
- Keep the CRM up to date.
- Collaborate with the R&S team to ensure deliveries and results.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills; goal-oriented.
- Experience in B2B sales (consulting, HR, marketing, or similar).
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, digital prospecting, and sales tools.
- Strong organizational skills and account management with consistent follow-ups.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Active CNPJ (registered business) to provide services.
